How It Works
Our Internship Model
Our internships follow a streamlined, proven workflow. First, you review a rich talent pool and shortlist candidates based on the projects you need support with. Next, you conduct interviews with your preferred candidates, select the best fit, and finalize the internship agreement. Once confirmed, we host an on-campus onboarding, after which the student joins you, guided by an academic supervisor who stays in close contact throughout the internship.
